			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://klinehome.com/zenphoto/vacations/california2008/squawvalley08/"><img style="margin-right: 10px;" src="http://www.klinehome.com/zenphoto/vacations/california2008/squawvalley08/image/thumb/squaw+valley+_21_.JPG" alt="Squaw Valley" width="200" height="150" align="left" /></a>Matt, Brooke, and I drove up to Squaw Valley from San Francisco yesterday.  We skied today, on Squaw&#8217;s last day of the season.  It was sunny and warm, and a nice way to cap off the season.  It was a great day, but tiring.  For our last run, we hiked up a ridge line, and ended up having to do a bit of exploration to find a way down that didn&#8217;t involve falling off of any cliffs.  We&#8217;re probably going to do some mountain biking tomorrow.  I posted some <a href="http://klinehome.com/pics/vacations/california2008/squawvalley08/">photos</a> from the day.</p>

Elizabeth stayed at home, unfortunately, as she was busy working at her new job. We had a mixed bag of weather &#8211; some fresh snow when we arrived, some sun, some rain, and some freezing rain. It was great, regardless, to finally get in a nice chunk of skiing. We stayed in the same condo we had used last year, as it was very near the lifts.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Here are a couple of photos from Elk Mountain this morning, up in the northeastern corner of PA.  That&#8217;s where we have our season passes.  Elk received 4-5 inches of natural snow overnight, with the snow still coming down.  That plus manmade snow should get the season kicked off soon.
